We adhere to send everything the next working day from your purchase. Everything is sent royal mail tracked and signed for and tracking numbers will be provided once we have shipped your item.
International orders will take between 5-10 working days. UK orders will take a maximum of 3-5 working days. We are really quick at packing your order, which means that we would be unable to change your order once you have made it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or products in the order.
All returns must be unopened. We can't process returns for supplements that have been opened.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty five (35) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE Any items which are to be returned MUST be unopened. Items which are deemed opened or affected in any way will not be refunded and a charge for disposal may be incurred.
